Product Information

We aim to keep all the descriptions, prices, and pictures of the Woli on this site true. But there can be a slight difference in colours or a change of design because of lighting, screen resolution or latest designs. We can change or cancel the hoodie or any other product at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payments

Everything mentioned on the site about the Woli will be done in the established currency and have applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. We also take different forms of payment such as credit/debit cards and online payment gateways. Orders can not be fulfilled without the receipt of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight schedules and choices will be given at checkout. The Woli will take different times to deliver to specific areas, depending on your location and your courier service. Third-party courier and customs delays or a wrong shipping address of the customer are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days after delivery to order a refund or exchange, but not before, and the product must be unworn and unwashed in its original condition; otherwise, it is not refunded. Refunding will be done in the same method of payment used when the item was bought upon receiving and checking. The customer is expected to pay the shipping and freight costs back home unless the product is defective or wrong.
